ExTra: The Expenses Tracker
There are times when the actual home currency cost of an expense will not be known until some time after the expense has been incurred. This is typically what happens when you pay for something in a foreign currency using either a credit or debit card.
Once the transaction appears on a statement and the home currency amount is known, ExTra allows you to go back and enter an amount or exchange rate for the deferred item.
Deferred items are highlighted in red and any sheet containing one or more deferred items will be shown with a red icon in the history tab. You cannot submit an expense sheet until you have resolved any deferred items.
